Whether you're dealing with stress-related pain, emotional trauma, or conditions like fibromyalgia, therapies like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and hypnosis can release tension, recalibrate the body, and provide relief without relying solely on medication.

Not all pain should be eradicated—physical pain, like a broken bone, is a protective signal. In such cases, therapies focus on easing emotional distress rather than removing necessary physical pain. Chronic pain often stems from stored emotional trauma, and releasing these blocks can significantly reduce suffering.

  • Ideal for those who want to experience the method first.

  • Covers pain relief/elimination, emotional release, and teaching self-tapping.

  • Clients may need follow-ups or extensions, depending on the emotional wounds and how deep. You have full autonomy to choose.

Pain Relief & Management  (Up to 4 sessions- 90 mins each) – £497

  • Sessions spread over 4 weeks to address deep-rooted pain patterns.

  • Includes EFT, hypnosis.

  • Learn how to do this from the comfort of your own home for pain management.

  • If you're fortunate enough to clear or reduce your symptoms within 1 to 2 sessions, Great job!!!  You can opt in to continue with your remaining sessions to discuss something else, a space for reflection or planning your next step or simply enjoy the freedom of being pain free and start enjoying your life again as intended.

Intensive ( Up to 120 minutes Deep Dive)  £220

  • One-off deep healing session with extra guidance for self-tapping.

  • Perfect for those in urgent distress or those who prefer a single powerful session when nothing else has worked.

  • Learn how to self-tap in the privacy of your own space. The programme will be provided via e-mail.
